Hailing from Sydney, Australia singer/songwriter/rapper Nick de la Hoyde has been expressing himself through music since he was 16 years old. During his adventures, Nick was exposed to many global influences which now reflects on his music. By melding sounds of hip hop, rock, alternative, R&B and spoken word, together with introspective lyrics that read like personal journal entries. Nick and long-time producers/collaborators Zuzu and older brother John de la Hoyde have created a sound that is similar, extensive and engaging.
Now at 22, Nick has composed many tracks that are hypnotic with a soulful melodic vibe to all of his work. His newest track is Never Gonna Beg For It, is emotionally moody, adding a dark vibe, with a hint of R&B. The Riddler Radio Dirty Remix adds more of an deep tropical house texture to the original track. Nick has quickly made a name for himself in the social media outlets and cultivating a large fanbase.
